From Belinda Harrow, the Curator of Saskatchewan:
“Saskatchewan 2015 celebrates the innovative and industrious art created within the province of Saskatchewan, Canada...The exhibition touches upon themes of modernism and abstraction, which have long been popular subjects in Saskatchewan art. Small watercolours from renowned artist William Perehudoff are displayed alongside the luscious abstractions of Jonathan Forrest and Nancy Lowry and drawings by emerging artist Terri Fidelak.”
Saskatchewan will showcase such artists from the province as Joe Fafard, Victor Cicansky, Martha Cole, Anita Rocamora, David Garneau, Zane Wilcox, Rob Froese, Don Hall and Melody Armstrong.
